Terms & Conditions
1. When you are purchasing our furniture, you are buying handmade pieces where varying degrees of distressing may be applied. This is very much intended and makes each piece totally individual.
2. Every effort is made to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our website and in other promotional materials. We cannot guarantee, however, the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown. Many conditions, such as your monitor or screen settings and batching, can affect the colouring of items in a picture.
3. Once your bed has been delivered/fitted, you will need to sign and confirm that you are satisfied with the condition that the bed has been left in.
Once you have signed, we will not be held responsible for any damage.
4. If you have ordered the wrong size or parts for your bed, then we can rectify this for you but there may be an additional charge.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. The bed must not be used if there is a structural part missing or broken.
5.2. Please do not attach or suspend items such as ropes, strings, cords, harnesses or belts on a bunk bed or high sleeper as this can cause a strangulation hazard.
5.3. Do not allow children to swing or jump on or under the bed.
5.4. Always use the stairs or ladder provided to climb up to or down from the top bunk or high sleeper bed.
5.5. All of our beds must be assembled by one of our professional fitters and this is included in the cost of your bed. If you are moving house and need to disassemble and reassemble your bed, then please enquire to see how we can help you. If you choose to assemble any of our products yourself, you are accepting liability for any damage caused to the goods or any health and safety risks.
6. All of our beds are suitable for children aged 3+, however beds where the sleeping surface is more than 80cm from the ground (i.e. upper bunk beds or high sleeper beds) are only suitable for children aged 6+, as per RoSPA regulations.
7. We always try to be as accurate as possible, however measurements specified by us are always approximate. All our products are handmade and so no two products will ever be identical. Please contact us no less than 14 working days prior to delivery if minor changes to dimensions are going to be a problem. If you have supplied your own measurements, we hold no responsibility for measurement that leads to your bed being unable to be installed.
8.1. All prices include VAT, where appropriate, at the prevailing rate and are subject to any promotional offer or discount.
8.2. The prices displayed on the websites are for online purchases and promotions only and are not transferable to sales through any other means. Prices relating to any online promotions are valid strictly until midnight on the day on which the promotion expires, as determined by us.
8.3. We will not be bound to honour any prices where we have indicated to you, subsequently, that the prices displayed have been displayed in error. In these cases, a full refund will be offered.
8.4 The price displayed at time of purchase is the final price that you will be obliged to pay for the item(s), even if a discount or promo code is offered at a later date.
9.1. You can pay via Paypal, credit or debit card at the time of order. The price of any product is the price in place at the date and time of your order. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing products which may be offered by us on our website will be correct; that the credit, charge or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any products.
9.2. If you choose to cancel your order, you have up to four weeks from the date that the order is placed to send us written notice of your cancellation. After those four weeks have passed, we cannot refund you your deposit.
In the case of a bespoke or customised bed, your deposit is non-refundable once the bed is in production, which is typically two weeks after the date that the order has been placed.
9.3. The contract shall not have been concluded until we have completed all of the following steps: we have received your valid finance, credit, charge or debit card payment details, we have accepted your order and sent you confirmation of receipt of your order by return e-mail to the address you have given us during the registration procedure and we have dispatched the goods to you.
9.4. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
9.5. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time. We will, of course, issue a full refund in this case.
10.1. We are only able to deliver orders to you if you have a delivery address in mainland UK.
Delivery charges are as follows and are applied at the checkout:

10.2. We aim to complete your order and have it delivered to you within 8 - 10 weeks of your order date.
10.3. We will call you approximately a week before expected delivery to arrange a suitable date. Failure to accept delivery of your order when it arrives or requesting to reschedule your confirmed delivery date will incur a re-delivery/re-scheduling charge and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order within the 10 week time frame.
10.4. We will not accept any responsibility for delays in delivery caused by traffic or bad weather. If delivery is delayed or has to be cancelled for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.
10.5. Smaller orders may be dispatched by post or courier.
10.6. For all orders - any changes made to the content of your order will have an impact on your delivery date. We may, therefore, be unable to deliver your goods on your confirmed delivery date should a change occur and if so, a new delivery date will be given.
10.7. If we are unable to deliver your entire order on the same day due to unforeseen circumstances, we will deliver your order in instalments.
We will not charge you for this, however, if this is at your request, we may charge you extra delivery costs.
If we are late delivering one or more of the parts of your order, that will not entitle you to cancel any subsequent instalments which complete the order.
10.8. You are responsible for providing a safe means of access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If our Home Delivery Team consider that access is unsafe, then we will not deliver the goods until safe access is provided.
10.9.1. If we accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery, our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods delivered or the value thereof. We do not pay compensation beyond these limits.
10.9.2. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your goods on arrival - please don't worry; our Customer Service Team will help to resolve the matter for you as quickly and conveniently as possible. To report any issue, please use any of the below methods of contact:

10.9.3. Once your service case has been raised, a member of our Customer Service Team will look into the best way to resolve the situation and you will be contacted within 2 working days. Product issues are only dealt with by our Customer Services Team.
10.9.4. Please report damages within 2 working days of delivery. In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our discretion, accept reports of product issues up to (but no later than) 7 days after delivery.
10.9.5. Please note, we will require proof of the damage from a photograph in order to arrange a Furniture Specialist to resolve any issue.
10.9.6. Subject to the terms and conditions stated above, we will deliver your goods free of charge, however if you wish to return any items we reserve the right to deduct our standard returns fees from the original purchase price.
10.9.7. In the event that you may choose to have your goods delivered to your own carrier, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage to your goods once they are out of our control. Any forwarding delivery is at your own risk.
11. Returns, refunds and your right to cancel

12. Guarantees and Claims Under Guarantee
12.1. We guarantee all products against faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials for a period of 24 months from the actual date of delivery. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
12.2. These guarantees do not cover fair wear and tear and natural characteristics of wooden products including movement in wooden products; neglect; abuse or misuse of your goods in failing to follow correct care procedures loss or damage due to fire, smoke, water, lightning, sunlight, weather, rusting, corrosion, theft or explosion; accidental damage or loss or damage caused by a third party.
12.3. We will arrange to repair a defective item free of charge.
12.4. Alternatively, at our sole discretion, an allowance may be made for you to arrange a local repair.
12.5. We reserve the right to offer a full refund if a repair is not accepted by you. If a repair is not possible or practical, we will offer you, at our discretion, a replacement.
12.6. Should a replacement no longer be available or circumstances determined by us make a replacement impractical, it may be replaced with a part that closely matches it.
12.7. We reserve the right to send out an independent third party Furniture Specialist to repair furniture where a customer claims there is a merchandise issue. The Specialists are experts in their field and are sent to determine the nature of any issues.
12.8. We reserve the right for the Specialist to repair the item being inspected. In all cases this is to help resolve a merchandise issue to leave you with goods that are fit for purpose.
13. Assembling Our Beds
13.1 We advise that all of our beds are fitted by our professional team and this service is included in the cost of all of our products
13.2 If you choose to assemble the bed yourself, or hire a local joiner, rather than use our fitting service then you automatically accept full liability for any damage to the product or any safety issues that arise once the bed is fitted.
13.3 You will also lose your 2 year warranty on the bed
13.4 If you have any missing parts or wrong colour/size parts for your bed, you have two working days in which to contact us, either by phone or email, to let us know and we will make and deliver these parts, free of charge.
13.5 We cannot provide you with any instructions on how to assemble or dismantle any of our beds as we do not advise that this is done by anyone other than our team of experts or a professional joiner.

14. Site Content and Disclaimers
14.1. Every effort is made to ensure the complete accuracy of our website, however some prices/details contained on the website may change from time to time and it is possible that errors will occur. We will use our best endeavour to rectify any errors, as swiftly as possible but we cannot be responsible for any losses incurred.
14.2. To the maximum extent permissible by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on our website. We cannot accept liability for any particular material on the website or as a result of any use of or reliance placed upon the information contained on it.
14.3. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our website is done at your own discretion and risk and on the understanding that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your own computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
